The Pacific R is the Remote control unit for the Pacific Range ,it now has a silent 5 volt upgraded stepper motor with a 1:9 meter umbilical cable ,the cable has a break point at 430:MM from the the Motörhead so allowing for removal without taking all the cable and controller out . You can instal a wave maker to the max of 15,000 lph at a depth of 120 MM on constant flow and not on pulse or Sinewave .
It comes with. 5 v power supply unit
Universal UK micro mount opening up to 19 MM and will fit braced and unbraced Aquariums we recommend to not overtighten the clamp as this will damage the PETG fitting but we do recommend checking it’s securing physical every month ,we also have a securing lanyard to an external securing to help Avoid knocking the unit into the Aquarium .
It comes as standard with 3 various length drive shafts along with a Magless mount and a paddle mount allowing you to use your own wave maker mounts on either side of the paddle mount .
It runs silent and is splash proof but submersion will damage the product !!
It has a break joint which is ip65 rated for servicing and maintenance.
Submerged products will not be replaced under our guarantee.

I’ve been running the Ocean Sea Waves Pacific R for the past 5 months and, hand on heart, it’s one of the most impressive pieces of equipment I’ve added to my reef.
The difference in water movement compared to a standard powerhead is night and day.
Instead of a constant blast in one direction, it creates a constantly changing, natural flow pattern that reaches every part of the tank.
Since installing it I’ve noticed better polyp extension, less detritus settling in dead spots, and my fish are far more active, swimming naturally against the changing currents. It’s incredibly quiet, solidly built, and was straightforward to install.
What surprised me most is how much more “alive” the aquarium feels. The random movement it creates is exactly what you want to replicate the ocean, and you can genuinely see the difference throughout the tank.
If you’re serious about keeping SPS or simply want to improve flow in any reef aquarium, I honestly can’t recommend the Ocean Sea Waves Pacific R enough. It’s one of those products that you don’t realise you needed until you try it—and once you do, you won’t want to go back. Absolutely deserves 5 stars.

The Pacific R is has added another level of water movement within my 400L system. Loving the random flow!
I have an s850 with 2 mp40’s but there were a few spots where the flow was a bit dead, I have added a pacific -r in one back corner of my tank with a DD funktion 10k and it’s solved the issue on. That side of the tank! I have another pacific r ready and a DD funktion is next on my list to fit in the other back corner.

At first I was skeptical to buy pacific R wavemaker controller as there are other reliably well known brands but at a higher cost. Upon ordering and contacting seawave personnel I was able to get the nero 5 adapter package instead of the standard I ordered. Seawave personnel (I believe was the owner) was so responsive that even weekends have communicated with me. That was an awesome deal.
By the way, the 1x pacific R I installed in one corner of my reef tank which is blowing also to my other maxspect gyre xf350 is a game changer. The product is sturdy and well designed and 3D printed. Hope it will last for years to come.

I run 2 of the Pacific R units on my 8ft, 1500ltr reef system. It has been the most cost effective way to get the flow I need in a tank of this size. I am running my chosen powerheads on a high output random wave action, and the oscillation has enabled to be get truly random, chaotic flow in the tank. My favourite feature however?! No complicated app, just an easy to use, easily adjustable dial controller. I am a convert to the oscillating flow and marks support has also been great.
