Description
The Reef Stop is a 12 volt Dc Electrically operated Reef Isolation Valve ,when the unit has power to it ,it remains open and as soon as the electricity is switched off maybe a power failure the unit has reserved electric within it to close the valve so not requiring springs or levers !,when the power resumes it will automatically reopen !!
This unit is designed to go either on the flow or the return or both to stop back syphon from your display tank ,linked to a sump float switch it can also switch the power off if your pump fails ,again to stop back syphon .
Ideal for sumps in cellars or for large Marine Reefs with large volume run off from the display Reef .
